Responsibilities:

  1. Handling customer complaints and providing excellent service.
  2. Providing feedback to the managers and management about customer experience.
  3. Monitoring quality of after sales service provided to customers.
  4. Follow up with respective brand for customer complaints.
  5. Providing immediate solutions and cross-selling our other products.
  6. Increasing store rating on social media platforms.

Timings:   Mon to Sat: 10:00 to 07:30
Sunday fixed off.
All Festivals working.
